Apex & Co. Jax was founded with a clear purpose: to fill a gap in Jacksonville's commercial construction market for a post-construction cleaning contractor that operates with the same standards as the trades it follows.

Jennifer Johnson and Travis Jacobs founded Apex & Co. Jax after recognizing a consistent gap in the Jacksonville construction market: general contractors needed a post-construction cleaning partner who understood the pace and pressure of commercial builds, communicated clearly, and showed up ready to work — every single time.

That insight drove the founding of Apex & Co. Jax alongside Pipe Dream Contracting, giving the business a unique perspective on what GCs actually need from their subcontractors. We understand your world because we work in it.

Together, Jennifer and Travis bring personal accountability to every project — from the initial site walk to the final walkthrough before handover.
